Synopsis:

A smoking hot woman randomly meets a mysterious man who runs a broken down gas station in a forgotten town on old Route 66 somewhere in the desert . They are not who they appear to be. They each have a secret agenda. Sex , deception, and passion are all part of this drama / dark comedy.

These characters are stuck in my head as they seem so real as if this story could of actually happened. It is a great story as you never know what is going to happen next. One unusual film.

I would call it a hot crime film like a modern day Bonnie and Clyde with the addition of subtle humor. I like the way the film misleads you with first impressions about the characters. Reminds me of , " The Postman Always Rings Twice " if you can remember that film. Shot in an artsy desolate location.

A wild, thrilling, and erotic ride down old route 66 with a bunch of highly dysfunctional but damn interesting characters. Control Tower is the director's new film which is much the same genre and also highly entertaining.

I heard about this film from a friend who rented it so I wanted to see it. I enjoy most comedies . This one is dark but real. The setting is in some kind of a ghost town and the characters have some dysfunctional behaviors but it makes for one great film.
